Pours slightly hazy pale gold with a white head. Aroma of wet hay,grass,sweet candy,a little spicy pepper and lemon. Taste of sweet biscuity malt,grass,lemon,pepper,candy sugar,wheaty grains & tea leaf. Light bodied with good carbonation. The finish is dry and sweet with a growing bitterness and more pepper,wheat grains,candy sugar,grass & sweet biscuit. Easy drinking Helles!
